John Huggart

Founder

John has established a career in sales, sales and marketing management, general management and as CEO.  His industry experience includes roles with fast moving private equity, large listed and multinational companies including AGL, Nubian Water Systems, Lend Lease, Snap Printing, Drake, GKN, ComputerFleet and Aarque Systems.  John has a Bachelors degree in Commerce from the University of New South Wales and is a CPA with the Australian Society of CPA’s.

His sales accountabilities have ranged from new product launch of a start up company to multi-billion dollar revenue responsibility.  In addition John has held roles with business unit and company profit and loss accountability.  John has held personal responsibility for sales and lead teams in excess of 100 and many 100’s through channels.

John believes that sales is a profession and should be recognised as such.  He enjoys the personal challenge, relationships and rewards gained in sales.  He believes that the cost of winning and keeping customers is an investment that must be measured and managed.

Victoria Cunningham

Associate

Victoria has developed an excellent understanding of Clients’ needs – especially as they affect the bottom line – over nearly two decades of business experience selling products and services.  She has helped build businesses through Customer contact, Customer service, and Customer satisfaction.  Her communication skills have made her a very successful Sales Consultant, Relationship Builder, Account Manager, Telemarketer and Team Leader, and her confidence ensures she is a great closer.

Victoria has worked across several industries including Utilities both in Australia and New Zealand, Corporate Trading; Direct Marketing, Forestry Investment and Web based business.  These positions included selling to both Business to Consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) over the phone and high level strategic sales.

She holds certificates in Rogen Presentation Skills, Rogen Business Writing Skills, and ADMA Direct Marketing and has completed the Scotwork Negotiation Program.
