The Sales Positive Sales Audit employs a structured methodology to rapidly assess sales effectiveness, sales culture and sales performance.  The process includes interviews with leaders, sales and colleague team members, data and financial analysis and concise reporting.  The final report includes “traffic light” feedback on key sales success factors and a number of practical and specific recommendations in three categories:
